Autumn Leaf Estates
Location: Located off of Hwy A just south of Hwy 100 in Washington, Missouri.
Involvement: Autumn Leaf Estates was located, planned, and engineered by WSE. During the planning stages, the City of Washington requested the entrance be located to the south to create a four-way intersection. We represented the owner in negotiations with the City for a relocated entrance. WSE prepared all required design plans for MODOT and the City of Washington as well as completed all required permitting from the Corps of Engineers, MODOT, DNR, and the City of Washington.
Oak View Village
Location: Located east of Union and west of interstate 44.
Involvement: Work included design, permitting, surveying, site development plans, stakeout, and construction inspection for both phases of development.
Country Lake Estates
Location: Located on Hwy A south of Washington in Franklin County, Missouri.
Involvement: Work included design, permitting, surveying, site development plans, grading and all infrastructure. An additional 13,000 feet of gravity sewer was designed to extend service from the City of Washington to the development.
Summit Valley Apartments
Location: Located south of interstate 44 in Gray Summit.
Involvement: Work included design, permitting, surveying, site development plans, stakeout, waterline inspection, and ALTA / ACSM surveys for all three phases as they were completed.
Birch Creek Estates
Location: Located east of Union and west of interstate 44.
Involvement: Work included design, permitting, surveying, site development plans, stakeout, and construction inspection for the 130 lot subdivision adjoining a golf course.
